Our client is one of the largest exchange organizations worldwide. As a financial marketplace organizer, the company provides a portfolio of services covering the entire process chain: securities and derivatives trading and clearing, netting and transaction settlement, risk management, custodian services and provision of market information.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
We are looking for a JAVA software developer to join the client development team and your tasks will include:
responsible for the overall application design to meet the business requirements as well as technical requirements
Participate along with the development manager/leader in delivering the complete solution for the client's internal & external customers
Follow-up on interaction between development teams and infrastructure teams to favour the complete delivery of your design
Cooperate with your team colleagues to leverage common Architecture knowledge and expertise, and constantly optimize processes and deliverables

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or business Information Systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect or technical specialist
Proven experience in system integration in complex environments and API design utilizing RESTful architecture patterns
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
Solid architecture knowledge: SOA, Microservices, event/message-driven, SSO
Proficiency in UML framework
Experience in API design and integration: Webservices, SOAP, and REST design patterns
Strong Java development (JEE) and Spring framework knowledge
Solid understanding of network infrastructure including network security, proxies, protocols, Linux, and Windows
Experience in data modeling and database design: SQL/NoSQL
Knowledge of container technologies and orchestrators
Critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
English is mandatory and this includes good English writing skills
Ability to work in a cross-location international team
An interest in financial world (Mutual / Hedge Funds) is appreciated
